Cumbria Health on Call (CHoC) provides primary health care services in and out of hours to the population of Cumbria. CHoC also operate day time services to support the Cumbrian health economy. CHoC is a Social Enterprise, not for profit organisation
CHoC is co-located with the emergency departments in the district general hospitals at Carlisle and Barrow. The remaining sites are based in community hospitals and where possible work with the minor injuries/ Primary Care assessment Services in those hospitals.

We have treatment centres in Carlisle, Penrith, Wigton, Whitehaven, Kendal and Barrow, offering out of hours support:
Monday to Friday 6.30pm until 8.00am
24 hours throughout the weekend
