Embracing Maternal Mental Health in Carlisle and North Cumbria
As part of our Comic Relief-funded #MumsTogether project, and with additional funding from national charity Mind, we offer a range of services to reduce the impact of maternal mental health problems such as anxiety, low mood, and antenatal/ postnatal depression for women in Carlisle and North Cumbria. Our core work are peer-led support groups.
We have our own onsite creche - Happy Stars - which provides up to 2 hours of childcare per day for anyone attending activities or events at Happy Mums HQ.
Our programme of activities includes craft, creative writing, photography, aerobics, yoga, running, and many other sessions.
