NOW IS THE TIME FOR CHANGE! I am committed to supporting you in making positive changes in your life, freeing you from limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns/behaviours, and making the next phase of your life the best yet!

I started my therapist training in 2014 when I was working in Prison Education. I realised that although education is wonderful and lifelong, it doesn’t get to the root cause of a problem. Without finding and eliminating the root cause, a problem simply persists.

I am a National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Time Line Therapy® Master Practitioner, New Code Linguistic Strategies® Master Practitioner, TFT and EFT Practitioner, Grief and Bereavement Counsellor and Reiki Master.

I offer in-person sessions at Carlisle Therapies on Lowther Street and online sessions from the comfort of your chosen location. Supporting you with smoking/vaping cessation, weight loss, insomnia, burnout, hypnotic/virtual gastric band, depression, anxiety, fears, phobias and addiction. I also offer Breakthrough and Life Review sessions.
