Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is based on scientific research and helps with many problems both Mental and Physical. Anxiety, sleep disorders, Confidence, Addictions, Sports Performance, Weight Management, IBS and Phobias to name just a few.
This type of Hypnotherapy focuses on the clients preferred future goals and does not drag up past traumas.
I treat clients in person or online, both work equally well. It works relatively quickly only 8 -12 sessions usually needed. For Phobias it is 4 sessions.
The Initial Consultation is free (1 hour) and there is no obligation to buy more sessions.
I offer a discount for block bookings and there are discounted treatments for NHS workers, Emergency workers, Armed Forces, and Students
