We are part of a national group of football clubs and are a successful weight loss football club for men of Carlisle and beyond (850+ pounds lost so far and a 100 players through the door)
We launched as the only club in Cumbria in September 2021 and were featured in a BBC Documentary We Are England "Football Flab Fighters" March 2022. (Available in BBC IPlayer)
We currently have 6 teams playing 5 a side every Monday evening at Harraby 3G Centre, your weight loss progress directly affects your team position in the league by adding 'goals' scored to the actual pitch scores.
