Carlisle, UK – Carlisle Ambassadors is delighted to announce that it has welcomed its 900th member, marking another significant milestone in the growth of the city's thriving ambassador network.

The 900th member is Currys Business Carlisle, joining hundreds of individuals, businesses and organisations committed to championing Carlisle and promoting everything the city has to offer.

Since its launch, Carlisle Ambassadors has brought together people who share a passion for the city, creating a network of advocates who help showcase Carlisle as a fantastic place to live, work, study, visit and invest.

Reaching 900 members highlights the growing enthusiasm for the initiative and the collective commitment to raising Carlisle's profile both locally and beyond.

To encourage even more people and organisations to get involved, membership is completely free until March 2027, making it easier than ever to become part of the network and play a role in promoting the city's strengths and opportunities.

Carlisle Ambassadors welcomes anyone with a connection to the city who wants to support its future success, you do not have to be based in Carlisle 35 % of it's members are based outside of Carlisle. Members receive regular updates, networking opportunities and resources to help share positive stories about Carlisle.

With momentum continuing to build, the network looks forward to welcoming its 1,000th member and continuing to strengthen Carlisle's reputation as a vibrant, ambitious and welcoming city.
