The Rock is a youth project run the south of Carlisle, primarily the Currock and Upperby estates as a free to attend youth club for all young people aged 7-19. We run 6 weekly club activities, doing many fun things for the young people who attend from sports, games and free play to crafts, gardening and cooking skills sessions. We also provide a presence in the community by working with local groups and local schools. We offer a safe environment for children and young people to attend in their local community.
