Set up is from 9.30am and needs to be finished by 10.45am (anything later than 10.45 and you will not be able to have a showcase, attendees start to arrive at 11am)
Please only bring pop ups and not the big wrap round displays
Parking is right next to the venue and is free to park, where you will be setting up
Please bring your own extension leads
We allow no selling of products for monies or donations. We also do not allow raffles etc But, you are more than welcome to take orders. We do allow competitions, like putting cards in bowls and fun things to help get people to your stand
Please do not encroach on any neighbouring showcases space
Please do not move showcases allocated, I will send the layout
If you no longer want a showcase, please let me know asap (we usually have a waitlist)
We need at least 24 hour notice if you no longer can make it
Helpers/ Yourselves can only promote your company and not bring pop ups, leaflets for other companies without approval, only the business who has agreed to have the showcase can promote themselves
