At lady jades zen den I offer holistic services that focus on promoting well-being and healing for clients. This includes Reiki healing, children's yoga & wellness events, meditation, healing circles for domestic abuse survivors, EFT therapy, and massage using various techniques such as hot stones and cupping therapy. Our sessions create a nurturing environment where individuals can explore various holistic practices, empowering them on their wellness journey while fostering connection and personal growth. I also have a large space available to rent, for individuals to hold their own healing sessions such as women’s circles, sound healing, yoga and fitness classes.
