12 Defibs of Christmas Update

The countdown is on to find homes for 12 defibrillators before Christmas "12 Defibs of Christmas". Tictoc came up with this inspirational idea to ensure Carlisle is better equipped to deal with cardiac threats, especially as so many of these episodes occur outside the home. Having defibrillators available across the city will save lives. Carlisle Ambassadors are very proud to be supporting this project, and you can read more below. Contact the Tictoc team here There has already been an amazing response to this campaign, and we just heard from the team yesterday that they only have ONE more wonderful company to find! Thank you to everyone for their incredible support, and making a difference to the city so quickly. We're only on the 2nd December! Carlisle steps up to the challenge once again!

As always, there is an amazing team who have had the drive to put this in place. The team who are making this happen are: Helen Mackenzie Render, Samantha Furmston, Amanda Ryan, Ian Jackson of Plan and Extend, Clare Queen, Anne Smith, Jane Mcleod, Andrea Clarke and Hannah Milburn. They also wanted to express thanks to Bob McKnight of McKnight Builders who have offered support for further installations if needed.

We look forward to confirming all defibs of Christmas are in place before the big celebration at Cornerstone Cafe on 23rd December! Just need one more fabulous business to commit to the final defibrillator. Please share with anyone who you feel may be able to assist Tictoc in completing this campaign. Thank you!
