Warwick Mill support for Cumbria Community Foundation Flood Appeal with Derek Eland limited edition

At the recent fantastic Love Cumbria Art Auction held at the Halston to raise money for Cumbria Community Fund Flood Appeal, Warwick Mill bought the Derek Eland “We are Carlisle” pastel and watercolour that the CN Group commissioned for Carlisle Living.

It was one of the most sought after pieces at the auction so we have worked with Derek to turn it into a limited edition print with all the proceeds from the sale of the prints going to the CCF Flood Appeal.

100 numbered, signed and mounted giclee prints and 5 signed and numbered artist proofs are available for £100 and £150 respectively. They will be available for collection or postal delivery (at cost) from March 11^th. Any remaining prints will be available for sale via the Mill and Castle Street Framing in Brampton and Carlisle.

Derek’s work is attracting a great deal of national interest currently, making this a great purchase. The work is one that has come to symbolise the spirit of Carlisle over the last few months hence it’s popularity at the auction. So far there has been a lot of interest from both private and corporate purchasers.

Warwick Mill aims to raise around £9,000 for the CCF Flood Appeal through the sale of this stunning and poignant image.
